The Music of Autumn

"Reflections of Autumn V" 20"x16"
A Painting a Day Hudson River School
Autumn Tree Landscapes by Connie Tom

Music of Autumn is presented this week in celebration of the season of harvest.  Some of the music on this week's show includes that of Vivaldi (of course) performed by violinist David Nadien, Kurt Weill sung by soprano Jesse Norman, singer/songwriter Jake Holms brings September Girl and The Moth played by pianist Lincoln Mayorga. It wouldn't be a show about Fall without Autumn Leaves sung by Edith Piaf and in a piano version by the incomparable Bill Evans.  It should be a good listen.
